A look back...

at my fave LOs of 2007. This was the blog challenge over at SIS, so here goes...

1. This one is from a Jenni Bowlin kit. My Nati on her first day of VPK. I loved the navy/kelly green color combo and it got into the Catwalk over at SIS!

2. Some of my fave pp from MM. The great Michelle Ramirez chose this one to lift a few weeks back on SIS :)

3. A self portrait that I actually like... The colors on those Crate papers are so delish.

4. Glitter love. I used my fave BG chipboard and my fave Martha Stewart glitter color. This one won the glitter challenge over at Method Playground. Yeah!

5. The first ever Christmas pp line that I actually love. SR's Roxbury.
My little baby girl on her first ever Christmas play at school. Awwww!

6. This was my first Catwalk LO and I think it's my all time fave.

7. Some silly pics of my sis and I wearing our Crocs. I LOVE those Amy Butler papers so much!!

8. More Jeni Bowlin. This is my favorite pic of my Mom and I.

9. A Scrapjack of one my all time fave scrappers. Wendy Bretz. That's my Dad, my Sis and I a looong time ago :)

10. A very simple and graphic one. My girlie still getting into the weirdest places...

I promise I will update more often as soon as the craziness of the season is over. I still have to show you my Christmas pics...

Before I go, I want to wish you all. my dear, dear friends, all that that's good and beautiful for this new year.

I hope 2008 brings you all health, happiness and joy!

Peek time!!!

Here you go! A little peek at my LOs for Work In Progress' January kit.

I really liked it and I know you will too ;)

Now, here's something I found through Nik's blog and I have to share it with you cause it's just too delish to keep all to myself...

Have you ever seen anything prettier??? I got it at fabulous Etsy, from this lovely store, Aspen Bleu.

If you like beautiful, vintage stuff, this is a gret place to get it and the gal who owns it is the sweetest ever.

That's all folks!!

It's up!!!

I finally put up our Christmas tree!! Natalia loved the whole process and I enjoyed it even more because of her.

It still needs a skirt to cover the base, and my girlie insisted on a star atop the tree so I got the glitter out and made one myself. She loved it!

Still want to put some lights on my balcony. I saw some of my neighbors have them, and they look so pretty at night reflected on the lake...

Also need to get our stockings. I found a great kit to make them from Martha S. at Michael's. There won't be much in them this year, but they still look pretty. I don't have a mantle, so I always hang them on the bedroom doors, like my Mom always used to.

Other than that, I think that's it for me.

Did you get your house all Christmasy this year???

I finally saw Enchanted yesterday and i LOVED it. Such a cute funny movie. If you have a little girl who's into fairy tales, you HAVE to take her.
Two thumbs up from me!!

Time to clean this house...
Have a great Wednesday!

So inspired...

by the great Nora Griffin. I just LOVE everything she makes. I was reading her blog a few days ago and she had posted these pics of her Christmas gifts all wrapped up and I amost fainted. Gorgeous stuff! Gorgeous!!!!!!!

That's where I got the motivation and inspiration to wrap Barb's gifts like a true crafter.

I really love the way they turned out...

The paper is Martha Stewart, the scalloped die is Quickutz, the bird punches are also both Martha S.

Want more pretty things, you say????

Well feast your pretty eyes on this...

Just a peek at the goodness in Cupcake's January kit. I got my box a few days ago and I am ready to start playing with it. I just LOVE the colors Colleen chose.

Speaking of, I'm off to see if the muses decide to visit me so I can get to work on it.

Later 'gators!!

Lookie here...

I went to Barnes and Noble on Saturday with Nati and Juan. We sit in the kids section and read books to Natialia every once in a while.

I took some scrap mags to read to and look what I found that made me scream and get some funny faces from the people around...

That's my dear Nik's gorgeous mini book on the January issue of Simple Scrapbooks.
How cool is that?? Congrats, Nik!

I've been getting lots of Handmade by ANILU orders and I am over the moon happy!! I am really lucky to be able to do something I love as work.

To all my clients, THANK YOU so much!! I love knowing my creations have gone to friends like you :)

Speaking of, I have to go finish another order and do some cleaning and cooking. Ahhh... Domestic bliss!

Have a great Wednesday, my lovelies!

Our first time...

at one of these!!! I have always wanted to go see the lighting of the Christmas tree and the arrival of Santa. We went last Saturday, and seeing the look on her face was just priceless to us.

No better feeling than knowing you're creating your own family Christmas traditions.
After that, we went out for dinner and had a nice relaxed time talking and just being together.

I have added a few new pieces to Handmade by ANILU this morning and they are going fast (thank you my dear friends!!!), so come visit to get yours!!

I'm off to put my tree up. Nati just discovered "Oh Christmas Tree" and she wants to trim the tree while listening to it :)

Hugs to all!

Remeber that LO

I had sitting on my desk forever?? Well, I finally finished it and sent it to the girls at Method Playground, and I WON their glitter challenge with Teresa Collins as the guest!!!!
How cool is that???!!!

I really like how it turned out.
Loved taking this challenge from Method Playground. Plus I got to play with my fave glitter color from Martha!!

My house needs some cleaning and my tree needs to go up today.

I spent most of the afternoon working on Handmade by ANILU and listening to Christmas music and it really got me in the Holiday mood.
I really love this time of year and now that I have Nati, it's even more exciting.

I finished my projects for Work In Progress' January kit and I'm pretty happy with them. I came up with a very cool project that I can't wait to share with you guys ;)

Now, take a look at he scrumptious add ons for January...

Trish keeps the prices super reasonable so you can indulge on both!!

Time to start the week and get Natush ready for school.

Toodles!

I really LOVED

working with this month's Work In Progress kit. I loved Scenic Route's paper and now I wish I had tons more Christmas pics to scrap.
I will be attached to my camera from now until Christmas morning snapping way.

Sadly it is officially sold out. All three Holiday kits are :(
If you don't want to miss another kit, drop Trish a note to get in the autoship program.

I got my January kit in the mail yesterday and you will LOVE it!!!

These are all the pages I made with it and I have stuff left to make even more :)

All of us the last time we spent Christmas Eve together...

The requisite cheesy school pic...

My table all set for last year's Christmas Eve dinner....

Natalia and my Dad in conversation after dinner....

Last year's Christmas play at school. She was a shepherd wearing shiny lip gloss, hence the funny lips :)

These are from her first ever Christmas play at school...

I'm off to pack some Handmade by ANILU oders. WOOHOO!!!

Have a great Thursday! ER's 300th episode is on tonight!
