Snow, wonderful snow.

We finally got our snow day in beautiful Charlotte. Lemme tell ya, we have the most amazing weather. Four well defined seasons, all mild and visually gorgeous.

As long as I've been here, it's only snowed one day during the winter, just 2 or 3 inches and it's gone in one or two days. Could it get any better? I think not.

Needless to say I was home, warm in my pjs working and watching lots of movies, so I must confess this is my first actual outfit for the week. Ahhhh!

Ch-Ch-Changes...

Hello Interview

This is just so very cool for me. I truly am one of those lucky few that actually LOVE their job. I hope I get to do this for a long, looooong time.

Too much rain = I feel nautical.

The polar vortex left, and hours upon hours of rain and mugginess descended over me. I wasn't happy, lemme tell ya. But I went with the flow and got nautical by mixing stripes with more stripes and, of course, a healthy dose of bling.

Polar Vortex Chic

It's been feeling a lot like WINTER here in Charlotte and I could not be happier. I am not a warm weather person, so I am really enjoying this fabulous polar vortex 2014.
