So here are my projects for January's Cupcake kit.
I have a pretty full day and I need to get going. It's gonna be hard to get out of my pajamas today, since it's an incredibly cooooold 35 degrees here in Miami this morning.
I went out for a little while this morning and it's beyond freezing!!!

It is cold, isn't it? But I like it too! The problem is that my building is colder inside than outside! Brrrrr!
